B.A.P wins “Best Korea Act” for the 2014 MTV EMA

B.A.P wins “Best Korea Act” for the 2014 MTV EMA and has earned the chance to be be included in the final list for “Best Worldwide Act”.

On October 23rd, MTV officially announced that B.A.P succeeded into winning “Best Korea Act” beating the likes of BEAST, CNBLUE, KARA and Bulletproof Boy Scouts (BTS) on the same category.

With B.A.P winning, fans have now the chance to vote the group to be included in the “Best Worldwide Act” if they win another round of voting against Japanese act, Daichi Miura. Voting for the “Best Worldwide Act” nominations began on October 23rd and shall end on October 29th.

The final list of nominees for the category will be revealed on October 30th, while the award will be presented to the winning artist at the 2014 MTV EMA on November 9th in Glasgow, Scotland.

Meanwhile, the only Korean act to have won “Best Worldwide Act” was Big Bang back in 2011. Last year, EXO won “Best Korean Act” and attended the event held in Amsterdam.
