BTS’s J-Hope Updates ARMYs About V’s Condition In His Birthday Live Broadcast

V tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday.

On February 15, BTS‘s V tested positive for COVID-19. Also, BIGHIT MUSIC released a statement regarding his and the members’ condition on Weverse.

Hello.

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We would like to provide you with some information regarding the health of BTS member V.

V visited the hospital Tuesday afternoon on the 15th after experiencing a mild sore throat and took the PCR test. He was diagnosed with COVID-19 tonight.

V completed two rounds of COVID-19 vaccinations and is not presenting any extraordinary symptoms other than a mild fever and sore throat. He is currently undergoing treatment at home while waiting for further guidelines from the health care authorities.

There was contact with the other members on Saturday the 12th, but everyone was wearing a mask, and there was no close contact. None of the BTS members other than V are presenting any symptoms, and everyone received negative results from the preemptive self-tests.

The company places the artists’ health as our top priority and we will do everything we can to aid V in his speedy recovery. We will also diligently cooperate with the requests and guidelines of the health care authorities.

Thank you.

Naturally, ARMYs were concerned about V. Although BIGHIT MUSIC had attempted to reassure them that V had been vaccinated and was only experiencing mild symptoms, many still were worried and sent V well wishes on social media.

Now, we have updates regarding V’s condition from BTS themselves.

J-Hope kicked off his birthday festivities by holding a live broadcast. Still, he updated ARMYs about the rest of the members, too, including V.

At one instance, he noticed some asking about V. So, he gave us all an update regarding V’s COVID-19 diagnosis.

Oh, Taehyung… Well, there’s no need to worry too much.

J-Hope reassured ARMYs. Thankfully, he informed that V and all members are actually in good health.

It might be funny for me to say but he’s very healthy. All the members are healthy.

And if V’s health was still up for questioning, V himself even called J-Hope during the live broadcast! He and the rest of the maknae line all individually called to wish their hyung a “happy birthday!”

Previously, V updated ARMYs about his condition on Weverse. Like J-Hope, he attempted to reassure all who were concerned about him.

I’m completely okay.
