BTS’s Jin Reveals His Go-To Song To Dance To In The Shower, And It’s Not A BTS Song

When you think about it… It’s not too surprising!

BTS recently did an interview with Vanity Fair in which the members competed in their very own game show to find out just how well the members knew each other. Each member was asked a question about themselves to which they wrote down the answer. Whoever first guessed the answer correctly then gained a point, resulting in a winner at the end.

One of Jin‘s questions was, “What’s the one song that you can’t resist dancing to when you hear it?”

Before Jin even had a chance to write anything down, being the self-promo king that he is, Jimin immediately guessed BTS’s latest song, “Permission to Dance.” While that would have been the perfect answer, Jin was unimpressed.

How could you say such a generic answer?

After that unsuccessful guess, Jungkook had a good idea to help narrow down the selection. Jungkook told Jin, “Just let us know if it’s our song or not.” Surprisingly, Jin revealed, “It’s not one of our songs.”

After Jin revealed that it was not going to be a BTS song, Jungkook immediately had a guess: the ever-so iconic “Tell Me Your Wish” by Girls’ Generation. However, Jin shot it down, telling him, “That song is not as upbeat as this song.”

Jimin tried to guess again after Jin gave a couple of hints. This time, he answered Baek Ji Young‘s “Like Being Shot By a Bullet.” Yet, once again, Jin said that the song was not as upbeat as the one he was thinking of!

Finally, there was one more guess from the group… Suga raised his hand and guessed, “‘Jin Jin Jin.'”

There was a moment of silence before Jin excitedly turned over his card, revealing that Suga was, in fact, correct! Jin shared that it was Young Tak‘s trot hit song “Jjin-iya” (also known as “Pitiful” in English). Jin asked him, “How did you guess this song?”

Suga explained that it was because he hears Jin play it so much! He also exposed Jin a bit by sharing that he even listens to it while showering. Of course, the roommate would know him so well!

You play the song a lot. It’s on your shower playlist?

Jin even gave us a special cover of the song and recommended that the others all listen to it. He included Young Tak’s iconic self-choreographed “thumb dance” to go along with his singing too!

It’s a very exciting song, you should listen to it once.

He explained that with a song that seems to be singing his name so much, he just couldn’t help but have fun when he listens to it. RM added, “That’s how much he loves himself.”

My name is Jin so after listening to it… I have a reason! My name comes out so much that it’s fun.

Worldwide Handsome once again gives us a beautiful presentation of self-love that we can’t help but admire. Besides that, ARMYs have, for years, thought of Jin whenever they heard this song, so it’s sweet that he thinks the same!
