Don’t mess with Jin!

After their trip to the past during the recent episodes of Run BTS!, BTS finally made their way back to the present. During the latest episode, the members were given the task of splitting into teams and had to try their hand at some interior decorating, which included painting and assembling furniture.

When it came to picking teams, the two eldest members Jin and Suga, were picked as team captains. Even though they were going to pick fairly through a game of rock, paper, scissors, some of the members already had an idea of who they wanted as team captain.

In particular, J-Hope watched the members as they came in and saw that Jin already had clear ideas about what he wanted to do. J-Hope pointed out that, as Jin entered the room, he made his plans clear, stating, “Paint the walls in pink!

As the members were reminded of those words, a simultaneous sigh was heard across the room, with RM adding, “It sounds difficult.” Unfortunately, they weren’t subtle enough, and Jin heard the member’s reactions to his plans.

Those who sighed… I’ll remember you!’

So, when it came time to picking teams, Jin won the first choice and definitely stuck to his word. Just as he started pointing towards the likes of V, RM, and Jungkook, Jin quickly swerved and chose J-Hope, who had previously made it clear that he didn’t really want to be on that team.

Once again, the Run BTS! editors outdid themselves and perfectly managed to summarize the feelings J-Hope had about teaming with the group’s oldest member. However, it seemed to make Jimin laugh!

When it was his next turn to pick, J-Hope noticed that all the members were turning away and trying to avoid Jin’s gaze. Jimin even showcased how the members uniquely avoided his gaze, and they seemed to really not want to be on his team.

With the members trying to find ways to get out of Jin’s team, leader RM tried some reverse psychology by trying to say how much he liked the idea of the pink room. Unfortunately, it backfired, and Jin picked the group leader who had to try and persuade himself that it was going to be okay.

After Suga picked Jimin, only V was left, and it was down to the final winner of rock, paper, scissors to take him. Of course, Jin picked up the win and had V for himself. Although V didn’t seem too upset, he was probably more relieved when the staff announced that there actually wasn’t any pink paint.
