There is nothing that fans love more than a typical love story where the main characters meet and fall in love. Yet, that is the complete opposite of the newest K-Drama, Our Beloved Summer.
The comedy series follows Choi Ung (Choi Woo Shik) and Kook Yeon Su (Kim Da Mi), who couldn’t be more different. After filming a documentary, the two students fall in love at school but swear never to meet again after a rocky breakup… until fate works its magic.
Although fans are sad that the episodes are coming to an end, the duo has treated viewers to some amazing moments throughout the series from the funny…
To the moments that just scream #adorable.
Recently, one clip from the behind-the-scenes footage has gained attention from netizens. On January 21, a video was released showing what happened during filming for episodes 13 and 14.
At this point in the series, the two captured viewers’ hearts with the chemistry that has come after years of disconnect and hatred. It is shown as the two walk hand in hand through the streets just like any normal couple.
During this scene, Choi Ung notices that Yeon Su has some ice cream on her face, and like a proper boyfriend, he makes sure to wipe it from her face in the cutest way possible.
Of course, it was followed by a small peck on the lips from Yeon Su, which left Choi Ung seemingly flustered.
However, it seems like it wasn’t just Choi Ung who was flustered by the kiss. It must’ve been so swoon-worthy that even the professional Choi Woo Shik was shook by it because, as they went to finish the line, instead of calling “Yeon Su,” he instead called after Da Mi!
Of course, the cute mistake made Choi Woo Shik, Da Mi. and the rest of the crew laugh as they realized what happened.
Luckily, Choi Woo Shik seemed to calm his nerves, and they did the scene correctly. Being true professionals meant that the mistake didn’t affect the rest of the filming, which was just as romantic as fans would want.
Although the show is coming to an end, hopefully, it isn’t the last time netizens can see the two together in a K-Drama. They’ve proven to be popular, and their chemistry is off the charts!
