GOT7 Broke All Of Their Personal Records And More With Their Latest Album “DYE”

They set new records on Gaon, Hanteo, and more:

While GOT7 immediately took over the charts and stole everyone’s breath when they made their highly-anticipated return with their DYE mini-album, within the first week GOT7 have not only broken all of their previous records but they’ve set some other impressive records for 2020!

Since dropping DYE, GOT7 have taken over the iTunes album chart worldwide. Setting a new record, they topped the album chart in 50 countries including New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands.

On the Gaon chart, meanwhile, GOT7 earned a double crown on the Gaon chart in their first week, achieving no. 1 on both the physical album chart and digital chart with DYE and their accompanying title track “Not By The Moon”.

Not stopping there, GOT7 also set a new personal best record for Hanteo’s first-week album sales. Based on data released by Hanteo on April 27, GOT7 beat their previous record of 224,459 copies from Call My Name with 381,791 copies of DYE.

In addition to the awesome personal milestone, GOT7 also became second on the list of highest first-week sales for albums by male idol groups in 2020 with DYE and took third place on the overall highest first-week album sales for the year so far!

And on top of all that, at approximately 3:38 AM KST on April 30, GOT7’s “Not By The Moon” MV officially reached 30 million views!

Congratulations GOT7!
