KCON USA 2017 Announces Dates for NY and LA

KCON USA is celebrating its sixth anniversary by returning to New York and Los Angeles this June and August, respectively.

KCON is the world’s largest Korean culture convention and music festival, that offers concerts, panels, and booths that deal with all things Korean.

The festival and concert will be returning to the United States at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on June 23-24 as well as the LA Convention Center in Los Angeles on August 18-20.

For the first time ever, KCON LA has announced they will be holding concerts on all three days! In the past, concerts were only held on the final two days of the festival.

This month KCON will also be holding it’s first-ever KCON Mexico, on March 17-18. It is the first KCON to be held in South America and will feature a two-night concert with an impressive lineup.

KCON was founded in 2012 by Koreaboo in partnership with CJ E&M as the brainchild of Koreaboo’s co-founders following two massively successful fan meetups held under the name “SMTOWN Meetup.”
