KEYEAST Entertainment denies rumors of signing exclusive contract with MBLAQ’s Lee Joon

KEYEAST Entertainment, an agency that is known to mainly house actors, has denied the latest rumor of MBLAQ’s Lee Joon having signed an exclusive contract with them.

A KEYEAST personnel spoke on the rumor on December 9th, saying “The rumor about recruiting Lee Joon is false. We haven’t even met with Lee Joon.”

A Korean news portal previously reported that the MBLAQ member had finished discussing specific terms of his contract with the acting agency, who also manages big actors such as Bae Yong Jun, Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Hyung Joong, and Park Su Jun.

Meanwhile, MBLAQ has been rumored to be disbanding after reports of Lee Joon and Thunder’s contracts with J.Tune Camp was coming to an end.However, J.Tune Camp has announced that further discussion regarding the two members’ contracts will resume following the end of their concert Curtain Call, which was held on November 29th, with Lee Joon himself addresses the rumors of his leaving the popular male group during the press conference for his MBC drama Mr. Baek, , to which he answered, “I am discussing things with the company. Nothing has been decided.”

MBLAQ recently released a special 7th mini-album in November with the title track “Spring, Summer, Fall And…Winter.” Despite his contract having ended in October, Lee Joon has continued on with activities with his group.
