20. BTOB

With several members serving in the military, the remaining BTOB members have been promoting individually, such as Sungjae in his new variety show with his friends.

19. TREI

Banana Culture’s boy group has been on the rise recently, with member Juntae even singing an OST for popular KBS drama Perfume.

18. Limitless

Led by Jang Moon Bok (Moonbok), Limitless made their debut just 4 days ago on July 9, and BTS’s V lent his support to his close friend.

17. HOTSHOT

HOTSHOT’s Ha Sungwoon made his solo comeback on July 8 and the group as a whole have been performing at various different music festivals and concerts.

16. VIXX

The VIXX members are promoting individually at the moment as several members are serving in the military, including Leo’s solo comeback on June 17. Ravi also welcomed 2 new artists to his newly formed label GROOVL1N.

Even though it has been a while since the duo’s last release, Yunho made his solo debut on June 15 to much success. Crazy to think it took 16 years for him to go solo!

4. SF9

SF9 made their comeback with their 7th mini album on June 17 and member Rowoon is also starring in his first ever lead drama role.

3. WINNER

Sadly, WINNER received some negative attention this month when Lee Seunghoon was dragged into B.I’s drug scandal by Dispatch. YG Entertainment clarified that Seunghoon had no involvement with the case, and thus his name was cleared.

2. EXO

EXO have been promoting individually since some of the members started to enlist in the military. Chen wrapped up a successful solo debut and handed over the baton to Baekhyun, who looks to follow in his footsteps. They will also reveal their second subunit, EXO-SC (Sehun & Chanyeol) on July 22. EXO will also be receiving a Dubai Star.

At their rightful place at the top, BTS has done it all, most recently breaking an 18 year old record for most copies of an OST’s sold with their BTS World OST. They were included on the Forbes list of highest paid entertainers in the world, and will be receiving a Dubai Star.
