Yoo Jae Suk Explicitly Excludes Park Myung Soo From His List Of Best Friends — And He Explains Why

On the other hand, Lee Kwang Soo and Ji Seok Jin made the list.

Yoo Jae Suk previously spoke up about his list of lifelong best friends and gained attention for explicitly excluding Park Myung Soo. His explanation why was equally stirring.

In a past episode of tvN‘s You Quiz On The Block, Yoo Jae Suk named Jo Se Ho, Lee Kwang Soo, and Ji Seok Jin as his lifelong best friends.

He was asked why he excluded Park Myung Soo, with who he had hosted multiple shows for decades, such as Infinite Challenge and Happy Together. But Yoo Jae Suk made it clear why he excluded his lifelong variety show partner.

With Park Myung Soo, you have to take out the ‘best’ part. He’s just a friend that I see sometimes.

— Yoo Jae Suk

Yoo Jae Suk even added that he heard rumors that Park Myung Soo was talking about him behind his back.

But the topic of his “lifelong best friends” came up again in an episode of SBS‘s Running Man just one month later.

Fellow castmate, Haha, had also worked with Yoo Jae Suk for decades on popular shows, such as X-MenInfinite Challenge, and Running Man. When Haha expressed that he understood why Lee Kwang Soo and Ji Seok Jin made the list while he didn’t, Yoo Jae Suk elaborated on what it takes to make it onto his lifelong best friends list.

I can control Lee Kwang Soo and Ji Seok Jin however I want.

— Yoo Jae Suk

And Lee Kwang Soo hilariously interpreted what being Yoo Jae Suk’s lifelong best friends actually means.

In other words, we’re well-trained dogs.

— Lee Kwang Soo
